Job Description:
As a Mental Health Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering skilled care to patients, maintaining high standards of nursing through comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. You will facilitate efficient patient admissions and discharges, engage with patients and their families, and maintain your NMC registration. Flexibility to work across various departments and oversee shifts will be essential to ensure smooth operations and effective communication with managers and senior nurses.
Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver skilled care to patients, ensuring high standards.
– Facilitate efficient patient admissions and discharges.
– Engage with patients and families to provide comprehensive care.
– Maintain NMC registration and work flexibly across various departments.
– Oversee shifts and ensure smooth operations and communication with senior staff.
Qualifications:
– English Language Proficiency: IELTS score of 7 in each section or OET score of B in each section and C+ in Writing.
– CBT pass or ongoing.
– Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
– Registered Nurse with at least one year of experience.
– NMC registration in adult nursing or similar.
– Proven experience in an adult care environment.
– Excellent communication skills and a caring disposition.
