Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team of savvy small business builders. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, knowledgeable in everyday marketing activities, and capable of advising on advertisement activities. This role involves outlining copy, reviewing ad designs, and ad placements to increase conversions for our national small business clients.
Key Responsibilities:
– Research, develop, and communicate strategic marketing plans to meet our client’s goals.
– Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
– Create and manage engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and website.
– Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote our services and attract clients.
– Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
– Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials and assets.
– Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and suggest innovative ideas to enhance marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role.
– Knowledge of data analysis and market research.
– Excellent knowledge of online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords, etc.).
– Strong communication and presentation skills.
– Outstanding organizational abilities, Trello familiarity is a plus.
– Ability to work remotely to deliver finished products and drafts.
– BSc/BA in marketing, communications, business, or a relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus.
