Job Description:
Dabri, Inc. is seeking an experienced Office Engineer to join our team in Los Angeles County. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of office engineering support experience, with a preference for those who have worked on airport projects. The role involves managing RFIs, submittals, and the change order process using CMIS programs like Unifier or Prolog.
Key Responsibilities:
– Maintain detailed construction files, project records, and logs.
– Oversee and review daily field inspector reports.
– Track and manage project issues, including the RFI and submittal process.
– Plan and coordinate design/construction meetings, including sending Outlook invites, taking minutes, and distributing them.
– Review and process submittals and RFIs.
– Prepare monthly progress reports and daily reports on construction activities.
– Assist the resident engineer with change notices, correspondence, and presentations.
– Establish and maintain a hard file system.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
– Proficiency in English (verbal and written) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
– Experience with CMIS software.
– Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with project team members.
– Preferred but not required: Professional Engineer (PE) or EIT license, AAAE, LEED, PMP, or other relevant certifications.
Benefits:
– Pay range: $35.00 – $50.00 per hour, depending on skills and qualifications.
– Work schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
