Job Description:
The Solutions Specialist will be responsible for assisting members with their financial needs, handling challenging conversations, and providing personalized financial solutions. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of experience in a financial institution or in collections. This role requires a strong customer service orientation and the ability to work efficiently in a remote or hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional service to members by addressing their financial needs.
– Handle challenging conversations with professionalism and empathy.
– Offer tailored financial solutions to meet the unique needs of each member.
– Work within the set schedule of 8 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday, with rotating Saturday shifts from 9 am-1 pm.
Qualifications:
– Minimum of one year of experience in a financial institution or collections.
– Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage challenging situations.
– Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
