Job Description:  

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will ensure customers maximize the benefits of the Opterrix software platform. You’ll interface directly with customers to understand their needs and configure the software accordingly. This role involves developing training and support material, including interactive training sessions, knowledge base articles, and video tutorials. You will also be responsible for addressing technical issues, resolving customer complaints, and creating troubleshooting documents for each issue.

Key Responsibilities:

– Support new and existing customers in the implementation, training, and support of software solutions.

– Field calls from users experiencing technical issues, assist in troubleshooting, diagnose issues, and offer solutions.

– Assess client/user needs and develop accurate configurations to support their business processes.

– Define and execute delivery and implementation plans.

– Perform tests and troubleshoot final system setups.

– Provide training and end-user support during and after the implementation process.

– Assist in executing pre-sales product demonstrations and scoping projects.

– Work closely with software engineers and development teams to identify and resolve potential issues.

– Make recommendations to improve technical support tools and processes.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in CIS, MIS, IT, or a related technical field.

– 2-5 years of relevant experience.

– Experience in software implementation, training, and customer support.

– Strong customer service skills and service orientation.

– Excellent troubleshooting abilities and analytical skills with complex business intelligence software.

– Ability to work effectively both in teams and independently.

– Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
