Job Description:
We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated Delivery Commercial Manager to join our team. This role involves managing the commercial, financial, and contractual elements of major residential construction projects. You will work closely with contractors, colleagues, and stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while building strong relationships.
The ideal candidate will have broad commercial experience, particularly in the delivery of large-scale construction projects. You should be an excellent communicator, able to negotiate and set up contracts with suppliers, contractors, and consultants. A deep understanding of the current construction market, the JCT suite of contracts, and NEC or similar contracts is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the commercial, financial, and contractual aspects of construction projects.
– Negotiate and establish contracts with suppliers, contractors, and consultants.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
– Ensure the successful delivery of projects in accordance with contracts.
Qualifications:
– Higher degree in a related field.
– Chartered with RICS or a similar professional body.
– Extensive experience in construction procurement and commercial management.
– In-depth understanding of the construction market and contract administration.

– Salary range: £86,660 to £102,067 per annum.
